  • compatibility with aluminum profiles and POS controllers.

We use only verified components — LEDs and parts from reputable suppliers — ensuring stable performance and consistent parameters for years to come.

2️⃣ SMT Production Line Assembly

The process begins with automated surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly.
High-precision machines apply solder paste, place LEDs and resistors onto the flexible PCB tape, and then solder them in a reflow oven.

3️⃣ Testing and Quality Control

Every batch of LED strips undergoes multi-stage quality testing, including:

  • measurement of brightness and color temperature,
  • uniform light emission testing,
  • thermal and electrical performance checks.

Thanks to this process, we can guarantee that every meter of LED strip shines identically — regardless of the production series.
